CIAO!  We are Ron and Fadime, an international couple with two teenage children. In 2021, we made our dream come true by buying our first home together—a charming 1970s villa in need of a complete restoration. Villa Holzi took three years to bring to life, and throughout the renovation, we focused on blending contemporary design with a cozy atmosphere that invites you to sit back, relax, and take in the breathtaking views.

Ron, an avid water sports enthusiast and cyclist, has always been drawn to the Lake Garda way of life. When he convinced Fadime, a true beach girl at heart, to take a leap of faith, she too fell in love with the area. She feels like the lake really is the sea—its vastness, waves, and passing sailboats are so soothing for the soul. 

"Go with the flow" is our motto here at the villa. Some days, all you need to do is sit back, watch the waves, and simply dream away. The Italians have the perfect expression for this: "Dolce far niente".  It’s about embracing moments of relaxation, paying attention to the simple things, and appreciating life in the present.
